Vitaminfilesi undertakes to provide the described services with professionalism and confidentiality, within the limits of its capabilities.
Neither party guarantees the final outcome of an investment or a funding round.

3. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is". Vitaminfilesi assumes no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use or inability to use the platform, including for investment decisions made based on the information or connections provided.

4. Payment and Refund Terms

Certain acceleration programs may involve costs or commissions, which will be communicated transparently and in writing before commitment. Any refund policy will be specified in the individual contract associated with the program. There are no refunds for consulting services already provided.

5. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services for any user who violates these terms, without prior notice. The user may stop using the platform at any time.
